Nemesis Firearms is a gun shop located at 1930 Main St. NE Suite 10 in Los Lunas, New Mexico. We carry a growing and ever-changing inventory of firearms, ammunition and accessories — pistols, rifles, shotguns, scopes, red dot sights, lasers sights, lights, cleaning supplies, reloading supplies, and more.
We offer a Cerakote service for pistols and can make a Kydex holster form fitted to your pistol. We're a Professional Level authorized Silencer Shop dealer with an one stop processing Kiosk on-site, and we offer New Mexico Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) training classes.

Transfers
We charge a $35.00 fee for the first gun and $15.00 for each additional gun that is on the same background form (ATF Form 4473). If your seller does not have a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL) have them email us a request and we will send them one (nemesisweapons@gmail.com). We do not get shipping information from the seller, but as soon as your firearm(s) are delivered we log them in and give you a call.
There is no processing charge if the silencer/SBR is purchased from our shop or Silencer Shop. There is a $65.00 fee if the item was purchased outside of the Silencer Shop network. We do not get shipping information from outside networks sellers. If your seller does not have copies of our SOT (Special Operation Tax) and Federal Firearms License (FFL) have them send us an email requesting them and we will send it to them. (nemesisweapons@gmail.com). As soon as your silencer(s) or short barrel rifle come in the door we log them in and give you a call.
In New Mexico, the requirement to do an ATF background check prior to selling a firearm to an individual took effect July 1, 2019. Firearms transfers between two private parties is $35.00 for the first gun and $15.00 for each additional firearm on the same background form (ATF Form 4473). Both parties must be present with valid identifications and the firearm(s).
