Most of our silencers have background check only requirements, which means you walk out with them once you get a “Proceed” on your background check. However, some of the ones we have in stock are not. Under the current frenzy of silencer sells many of the most sought-after and reasonably priced silencers are out of stock, so we ordered those silencers from other sources and they need to be submitted through the ATF process. The good news it has only been taking 2-4 days before you can pick them up.

Contrary to popular belief, silencers are LEGAL IN 42 STATES - including New Mexico. With the new ruling in affect New Mexico is one of the 27 free states that no longer have to file a form 4 for silencers (from applicable companies) Nemesis Firearms is a Professional level Silencer Shop dealer with their Kiosk on-site to help make the process as quick and simple as possible.

are no longer regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), which means all you have to do is fill out a standard background check (the same type of background check as buying a firearm) here is a link to check which states apply or don't apply.

Must be at least 21 to purchase.
LEGAL STATE
You must reside in one of the 42 states where silencers are legal. or one of the 27 free states where you can do the same day process. New Mexico is one of them.

THE NFA PURCHASE PROCESS
Buying an NFA silencer is more paperwork than buying a standard firearm, but it's not complicated. Here's what to expect from start to finish.

CHOOSE YOUR SILENCER
When purchasing online from a retailer other than those listed in the NFA lawsuit select and puchase your silencer and select us as the dealer.

COMPLETE YOUR PAPERWORK
We will guide you through the process using our one-stop Kiosk, which will include fingerprints and taking a passport-style picture.

ATF REVIEW
Your application goes to the ATF for approval. Current wait times vary — typically from a few days to a few weeks.
04
Approval
Your approval will be sent to your Email, print your approved ATF Form 4 and bring it to the shop and pick up your silencer.
